On this episode Dave discusses unethical upsells and that an upsell needs to be an exchange of value and that customers actually crave this because of the value associated with it.
On this episode Dave discusses opportunities and how decide if the opportunity is one to act on
The first question is, what is the upside? Take time to analyze this and be realistic in your thinking.
The second question is, what is the downside? This is a very important part and you really think of all that can happen.
The third question is, am I comfortable with the downside? This is the most important question because if you can’t live with the downside, then maybe it should be an opportunity you should pass on.
As an entrepreneur you have to really get good and analyzing opportunities and knowing what works best for you.
