Dave briefly touched on how Jason Fladlien broke down how he felt during one of Russel’s Webinars after he had already pitched to increase Russel’s sale rate and decrease the refund rate. After they had realized the need they had for the product, they were then able to earn back the money they spent twice as fast as before because of the emotional drive that they had also been sold on.
